Wonderful weather in Bowness today

Today dawned bright and beautiful, and is so absolutely gorgeous that I actually stopped cleaning one our of bed and breakfast guest rooms and went hunting for my son’s camera in order to take some decent photographs of the views I could see from our windows. If you can imagine the following five images as being part of a continuous panorama of what I could see from our windows this morning, then you will have an excellent understanding of why I paused my daily routine in order to photograph THE VIEWS. The photos presented here from top to bottom represent my looking from left to right as I gazed out of our windows at Blenheim Lodge Guest House.

Blenheim Lodge is a great base for an active or relaxed break for singletons or couples on a romantic getaway. We have a private on-site car park for guests to use, two free corporate fishing permits, a lovely inviting lounge from which are also great Lake and fell views, and, of course, pretty and comfortable rooms with wonderful vistas out to Lake Windermere and the fells. Additionally, for all those who enjoy a traditional English breakfast, there is always a home-cooked breakfast of quality local produce with hand-cured and cut bacon and handmade sausages to look forward to in the morning. (Notwithstanding, we also serve other breakfast options, including vegetarian ones.)

Do check out our website for B&B accommodation offers, and do BOOK DIRECT with us in order to take advantage of them. Remember: we also have a SPECIAL OFFER at present for the Early May Bank Holiday long weekend coming up. Guests will find a warm and friendly welcome here at our Bowness Bed and Breakfast.
